Purpose

Provides you with a selection of 22 real time Parameters that can be selected for you choice of Hunt Groups. Drag and drop the widget to your chosen position on the Lower Widget View and select the Parameter and Hunt Groups you require. The parameters are:

  • Average Answered Ring Time - Hour
  • Average Answered Call Talk Time - Day

The Single Figure Widget on each of your Manager Dashboards can report on your own choice of Hunt Groups and Time Periods

  • Right Click on the Widget view to select the Parameter and Hunt Groups you wish to display
