Email

These may have been set at the time of installation by the BT Engineer

  1. Enter the address or name of your Mail Server
  2. Enter the Port of your SMTP service
  3. Enter your "Email From Address" - this will be the email address that reports will be sent from
  4. Optional Server Authentication (These setting will be available from your email service provider) a. Enter the User Name and Password
  5. If required, enter an address to send a test email to on completion of this process (a confirmation message will appear)
  6. Enter an internal email address for any error messages to be sent (i.e. IT Manager, System Administrator)
