Enter your Company Name
This is the name that will be displayed in the footer of your Hunt Group View Reports
Enter the Start of your Working Week
This is used when viewing any Working Week (WW) time periods. Default is Monday
Enter the Start and End times of your Day
This will define the time period within which data will be reported. Default is 24 hours
Show Only Answered Outgoing calls
Select this option if you do not want unanswered outgoing calls to be tallied in the Outgoing call statistics
