Available | | The User is available to receive and make calls. If the user receives a Q-call, the white icon turns red. |
Available - Call Forwarded | | The User is available to receive and make calls and has set their handset to forward calls. If the user receives a Q-call, the white icon turns red. |
Available - Internally Twinned | | The User is available to receive and make calls but their extension has been set as twinned by someone else. If the user receives a Q-call, the white icon turns red. |
On an Incoming Call | | The User is currently on an incoming Q-call. |
On an Incoming Call - Held | | The User has held an incoming Q-call they are currently in progress with. |
After Call Work | | Once a User ends a Q-call, he/she goes into this state during "wrap up". |
On an Outgoing Call | | The User is currently on an outgoing call. |
On an Outgoing Call - Held | | The User has held an outgoing call they are currently making. |
On a NonQ Call | | The User is currently on a NonQ (DDI) call. |
On an Internal Call | | The User is currently on an Internal call. |
On a NonQ / Internal Call - Held | | The User has held the NonQ or Internal call they are currently in progress with. |
Not Available | | The User is currently unavailable to receive or make calls. Examples of being in this state include begin off-hook and retrieving Voicemail. |
On a Conference Call | | The User is currently a participant in a conference. |
