AvailableThe User is available to receive and make calls. If the user receives a Q-call, the white icon turns red.
Available - Call ForwardedThe User is available to receive and make calls and has set their handset to forward calls. If the user receives a Q-call, the white icon turns red.
Available - Internally TwinnedThe User is available to receive and make calls but their extension has been set as twinned by someone else. If the user receives a Q-call, the white icon turns red.
On an Incoming CallThe User is currently on an incoming Q-call.
On an Incoming Call - HeldThe User has held an incoming Q-call they are currently in progress with.
After Call WorkOnce a User ends a Q-call, he/she goes into this state during "wrap up".
On an Outgoing CallThe User is currently on an outgoing call.
On an Outgoing Call - HeldThe User has held an outgoing call they are currently making.
On a NonQ CallThe User is currently on a NonQ (DDI) call.
On an Internal CallThe User is currently on an Internal call.
On a NonQ / Internal Call - HeldThe User has held the NonQ or Internal call they are currently in progress with.
Not AvailableThe User is currently unavailable to receive or make calls. Examples of being in this state include begin off-hook and retrieving Voicemail.
On a Conference CallThe User is currently a participant in a conference.
