Purpose
The System View shows the live status of the users in your selected Hunt Groups, grouped by Available/Not Available, together with a summary of the
Answered, Abandoned, Outgoing calls and Service level for the Hunt Group(s) displayed

You can see what your Hunt Group users are doing in real time, together with a summary which will let you know if you are working within your defined
service parameters

Hunt group and time period selection
The System View on each of your Manager Dashboards can report on your own choice of Hunt Groups
- Right Click on the System View window to select the Hunt Groups you wish to display
- Double Click to access the Report Generator (does not take you to a specific report) for your choice of Hunt Group and Time Period
