Call Targets

These settings can be configured for individual Hunt Groups. The "All/Multi" option allows you to set the target to be used if reporting on more than one Hunt Group at a time

  1. Enter your Target Answer time (in seconds). This will be used on Ring Time views/reports and for determining your Service Levels - Default is 30 seconds
  2. Enter your Outgoing Short Call time (in seconds). This is used in the User View to show
  3. Enter your Target Service Level (%). This is a measure of how many presented Hunt Group calls are answered within your Target Answer time. This is used in all Service level views/reports - Default is 100%
  4. Enter your Ring Time Scale Maximum (in seconds). This is the scale (x-axis) of the graph used in any Ring Time views - Default is 60 seconds
