Server Communications

These will have been set at the time of installation by the BT Engineer and would not normally need to be altered

  1. The IP Address field contains the IP Address of the Standard Application Server (SAS)
  2. The Port Number cannot be changed (6066)
  3. The Site Code field contains an alpha-numeric code that must be quoted when you need to keycode the product
  4. The Key Code field is where you will enter a new keycode on instruction from BT support (The Key Code help button will provide contact details)
  5. You may be asked by BT support to Download Logs from the Server.
    The blue arrow allows you to do this
