Support Reports

This option would normally only be used by BT Support in the process of resolving a technical issue

Offline

Provides a detailed record of the instances when the HuntGroup View system was offline. The report includes the reason behind the offline state

Settings Changed

Shows the dates and times that system settings have been changed. The report details the name of the user, machine name and the status of the setting before and after the change took place

Audit

Shows the steps taken by individual call events for a particular call type, Hunt Group and time period

Version History

Shows the installation history of the HuntGroup View product

Client Connections

Shows which clients are currently connected and what version of client software they have installed

Database Information

Shows database details (such as size) and also provides a record of any instances when it became corrupted
