Shows you, in real time, the state of your queuing calls so you can react immediately to ensure performance levels are maintained. Will also let you
know when calls have queued beyond your defined targets so you can manage resources more effectively

Hunt group and time period selection
The Queue States Widget on each of your Manager Dashboards can report on your own choice of Hunt Groups and Time Periods
