Report Selection

Purpose

A simple interface which enables you to produce historical management reports of call and user activity for your choice of Hunt Groups. It can be accessed by clicking the Report Generator button on the Manager Dashboard, or by double-clicking through one of the views

Provide you with management information on performance of users and HuntGroups. This information is essential for business planning and to improve customer service

Report Selection

The Abandoned Calls Widget on each of your Manager Dashboards can report on your own choice of Hunt Groups and Time Periods

  1. Select the type of Report you require
  2. Select the Hunt Group(s) you wish to report on
  3. Select the Time Period you require, or select "Custom" to choose a specific date range for your report
  4. Click on the Tick button to generate your report
  5. In the Call Summary, Answered Calls, Outgoing Calls and Abandoned Calls reports you can choose to show totals in the summary graph of the report. On reports with a large amount of call data you may wish to turn this off
  6. In the Who Users Called, Who Users Answered and Who Abandoned Reports you can search for particular numbers or by using the * and ? wildcards; you can search for number ranges or parts for number e.g. 01244* will show all numbers beginning with 01244
