User State Activity

Purpose

Provides a report showing the changes in status of your users in your choice of Hunt Groups. The report provides totals and averages across the specified time period, when the users were Available, Not Available or On Calls. Data is provided by Hunt Group and individual users

Allows a business to analyse the activity relating to user status, time available to take calls and time spent on those calls, for individuals and Hunt Groups
