Call View widget

Purpose

The Call View provides you with a live summary of the call activity and types of calls that have been handled by the users in your Hunt Groups

Benefits

You can see at a glance how many calls your Hunt Group users are making/receiving and use this information to effectively plan your resources

Hunt group and time period selection

The Call View on each of your Manager Dashboards can report on your own choice of Hunt Groups and Time Periods. This View can display up to 5 HuntGroups at normal size and 8 in the Full Screen View
If you select more than 5 HuntGroups and want to use Normal View, scroll arrows will appear on the screen allowing you to scroll the view to reveal the hidden HuntGroups

  • Right Click on the Call View graph to select the Hunt Groups you wish to display, as well as the Totals and Legend
  • Click on the Time Period button at the bottom of the view to display data over the last Hour, Day, Working Week, 7 Days, 30 Days or 3 Months
  • Double Click to access the Call Summary report via the Report Generator with your choice of Hunt Group and Time Period
