Purpose

Provides a report showing how quickly calls are being answered for your chosen Hunt Group(s). It shows how many calls have been answered before and after your defined target time and the average answer times. This information is broken down by Day or Hour as appropriate, based on your chosen time period

Benefits

Allows a business to see how long it is taking to answer calls and whether this is within defined targets. This may be used to help in the effective management of resources
